  • Piano - Keyboard - Organ - Synthesizer

    Piano, Keyboard and Organ Tuition for all levels. Learn for fun or exams. 

    Recommended Lesson Times:
    Children:
    30mins for beginners to grade 3. 60mins for grades 4+.
    Adults:
    60mins for beginners to grade 3. 90mins for grades 4+

     

  • Music Theory

    All Music Theory Levels from Grade 1 through to Grade 8 and Higher. Advanced Theory, Harmony, etc.

    Recommended Lesson Times:
    Children:
    30mins for beginners to grade 3. 60mins for grades 4+.
    Adults:
    60mins for beginners to grade 3. 90mins for grades 4+

     

  • Mentoring

    Building on your current musical abilities with professional tuition and advice on performance, recording, etc.

    Recommended Lesson Times:
    Children:  60mins
    Adults: 90mins

  • Composition

    Composing Music (Song Writing), Music Arranging, Orchestration.  Experience in music theory is required for these lessons. A minimum of grade 4 theory is preferred.

  • Tutoring

    Primary Levels: Maths, English & Science.  Daily Maths and English.
    Advanced Levels: Maths.
    Defense Force (Air Force, Army, Navy) Entry Exam Preparation: Maths & English.

    60mins for grades 1, 2, 3, 4.  90mins for grades 5,6,7,8.
    Adults:

  • Advanced Learning Techniques  

    Art of Study and Focus
    Advanced Learning Techniques / Super Learning.
    Advice on how to learn, memorize school work, etc. Study tips.
    Valuable for any student in secondary school levels 10,11,12 and UNI or TAFE.
    Applied concepts from Super Learning and also the 'Mozart Effect'.

    Recommended Lesson Times:
    60mins (1hr) Usually 1 lesson booking is all that is required.
    First session approx. 60-90mins.

Tuition Terms
 TIMES & PRICES
Lessons are charged at various rates and payable a term in advance.

PAYMENT
Lessons are paid per week at time of lesson or in advance in blocks of 10 week bookings. Invoices will be issued 1 week before payment is due.
A 10% discount applies to lessons paid in advance in 10 week blocks.

CANCELLATIONS
In cases where the student is unable to attend a lesson, reasonable notice must be given and the missed lesson will be rescheduled. If the student is unable to, or does not wish to reschedule the lesson, payment will not be refunded or carried over into the following term. If notice is not received within an hour prior to the lesson, the lesson will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded or carried over into the following term.

Once a lesson has been rescheduled it will not be rescheduled again. If the student is unable to attend a rescheduled lesson then that lesson will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded or carried over into the following term.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS
If a student wishes to terminate lessons, notification must be given a minimum of two weeks in advance of the final lesson. Once payment has been issued no money will be refunded. Therefore, if a student wishes to terminate before the end of the month, the remaining lessons will be forfeited.

Therefore, these terms and conditions must be respected and adhered to at all times.

SUMMARY
Lessons are paid per week or in advance in blocks of 10 week bookings.
Any lessons missed through non attendance will be charged and must be paid for.
Due to a busy schedule lessons missed through non attendance may not be able to be made up.
Students need to be committed to practice/homework at least 30mins each day.
Students need to be committed to learning and advancing their skills.
Students need to arrive on time with all of their workbooks ready for the lesson.

Please remember that teaching is my job not a hobby.
Therefore, these terms and conditions must be respected and adhered to at all times.
 

Lessons via Skype can also be arranged for distance education.
*A webcam and a reliable ADSL internet connection would be required.
Payment of fees can be made through PayPal per lesson.
